Trustees have a lot of responsibilities: to ensure the charity is carrying out its purposes for the public benefit, complying with the necessary laws and acting in the charity’s best interests. We also try and ensure we manage resources responsibly, act with reasonable care and skill and ensure Raha is accountable.
